STEP 4
Selection
Interviews with shortlisted candidates are scheduled with the Client. The documents are scrutinized and assistance is provided with medical treatment, visas, and emigration if they are considered the best match. Meanwhile, HireGlocal continues to source candidates to have backups as well.
STEP 5
Completion & Follow up
Hire Glocal’s Recruitment Specialist proactively maintains contact with finalized candidates. As part of our support program, we provide help in documentation, orientation, joining and a smooth transition.
