There is a direct dial to their office in Limerick and phone is picked up immediately so no automated answering machine and no time left on hold. All support staff that I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable in Sage and extremely helpful and go over and above to assist. I might ring with one query but the support staff will always review our current version and licence and give great tips and advice on other issues. I also understand DB computers offer great add-ons to Sage which can be very helpful also.
