Hi, my name is Sean Neal a retired Detroit police officer. I have two patents one involves a new emergency light design and the other is a universal spot light. With the patents in place law enforcement officers will have an immediate impact on the national epidemic of distracted driving along with the other accident causing violations. This will also improve all aspects of law enforcement across the nation and the world. There are 5 stages to bring the patents to the law enforcement community. How the funds will be used Enforcement Lights LLC will issue the funds for phase 1 Research and Development, phase 2 the first stage for prototypes, phase 3 the second stage for the prototypes, phase 4 is the third stage of the prototypes, and phase 5 is the finished product and production of the prototypes with one or two demo police cars. Also a professional website will be launched for inventory and orders.
