Nelson is a Guyanese entrepreneur who, at 5, emigrated with his family to Queens, New York. He has lived a life of triumph and trials; his most significant moment was getting hit by a moving express subway train at age 13. Nelson miraculously survived three weeks of coma after surgeons permanently removed the top part of his forehead. Having lost all memory before that day, he has only looked forward since, unapologetically living his life aloud (as seen in Nelson's eccentric color choices with his hair and attire).
In college, Nelson studied cultural anthropology and construction management and loved meeting the world as an NYC yellow taxicab and Uber driver. Nelson started Kidmoto in 2016 with a dream, $600 to his name, and a relentless passion to succeed. He worked hard to grow Kidmoto to 52 cities across the US. He started MOTO NATION in 2023 as the leading brand behind new companies, BUSMOTO and BABYMOTO. Nelson is A natural-born hustler, survivor, and fighter who continues to innovate.
