Joel Cotton has been diving in Cozumel for the last 20 years. He and his wife, Marcia, live in Cozumel during the winter months.
Joel's background includes teaching web design and photography at the college level. He loves the challenge and rewards of underwater photography. He travels around the world taking photos both above and below the water. He wrote the book called "Cozumel Reef Guide for Divers and Snorkelers" available at Amazon. It is the number one selling reef guide book for Cozumel and the most current.
