Frozen Shoulder: Frozen shoulder is a condition where the regular movements of the shoulder get restricted. This condition is also known as adhesive capsulitis. Th typical symptoms of eth condition include pain, stiffness, and inflammation of the shoulder joint. Frozen shoulder is characterised by stages, namely the freezing stage, frozen set, and thawing stage. The condition may arise due to age-related changes, underlying conditions like diabetes, or even due to injury or trauma. Immobilisation of joint for a long time due to any reason also results in frozen shoulder. Inability to perform the daily tasks due to restricted movements with intense pain tends to worsen the condition.
